What’s a pre-order?

At Ninpon, we offer our customers the opportunity to reserve certain figures before they are physically available in our warehouse. This option is known as a pre-order.

 

Benefits of Pre-ordering

Pre-ordering offers two main advantages:

1. Product availability: Pre-ordering allows you to secure both the quantity and price of a product in advance. In the collectibles market, some figures are produced in limited quantities and may sell out before they even reach stock. By pre-ordering, you ensure that you won’t miss out.
2. Price protection: Prices may increase between the time a figure is announced and when it becomes available. By pre-ordering, you lock in the initial price and avoid potential increases.

For these reasons, we highly recommend reserving figures during the pre-order stage if you’re seriously interested in acquiring them.

 

How Much Do I Need to Pay at the Time of Reservation?

Pre-orders are reserved with our suppliers on an individual basis for each customer. Therefore, the full price of the item must be paid at the time of purchase for the reservation to be confirmed.

 

When Will I Receive My Pre-ordered Figure?

Each pre-order product includes an estimated availability date in the product description. Please note that this date is provided by the manufacturer or distributor and is subject to change without prior notice.
For this reason, if you choose to purchase a pre-order item, please be aware that some waiting time may be necessary.

If your order includes multiple items, it will be shipped only once all items are available in our warehouse. This means the item with the latest release date will determine the overall shipping date.
To avoid unnecessary delays, we recommend placing separate orders for items with significantly different release dates.

Cancellation or Modification of a Pre-order

Please note that pre-orders are considered final sales. Once payment is made, we place the order directly with our suppliers specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify pre-orders. We advise making a pre-order only when you are fully confident in your purchase decision.

Can I combine pre-orders and in-stock products in the same order?

It is not possible to combine pre-order and in-stock products in the same order. If you wish to purchase both, you must place separate orders.
