The online store Ninpon operates according to the terms and conditions presented here. By accessing the website www.ninpon.com, the user expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions of use, as well as the privacy policy, which can be accessed here.

Ninpon reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions presented here at any time. These modifications will be valid from the date of their publication on the Website.

2 – Operation and Products

The Website makes the following options available to Users for the acquisition of the Products offered on it:

(i) In Stock: These products are available in our warehouse and will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation.

(ii) In Stock Supplier: These products are available from the supplier and are not physically in stock at Ninpon’s warehouse. Once an order is placed, the product will be ordered from the supplier. Shipping will be processed as soon as the product is received at our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s availability and processing time.

(iii) Pre-Order: Ninpon offers Users the possibility of reserving products before they are available on the market. When the User acquires a figure in Pre-Order mode, they are reserving a unit of that item at the price marked at the time of purchase.
As a general rule, prices tend to rise as the launch date approaches. With the pre-sale model you are reserving that figure at the current price, as it may increase later.
After the product is released and received in our warehouse, shipments will be processed to customers.

Ninpon will indicate on the Website those Products that are available in Pre-Order or In Stock Supplier.

In the event that the Product is not available in any of the above-mentioned modalities, the customer will be immediately contacted, and Ninpon will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the missing product(s).

 

3 – User Account

The Website offers Users the option to create an account by completing an online form with the required information. Users are fully responsible for the use of their accounts. Consequently, they must properly safeguard their username and password, ensuring confidentiality. Users also agree not to share their credentials with third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor to grant unauthorized access.

Ninpon is exempt from any liability arising from the improper use of usernames or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

 

4 – User Conduct on the Website

Users agree to use any information or content they access through the Website in an honest and lawful manner, in accordance with current legislation and these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Users must not register or provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Additionally, they must not access the Website using another User’s name, identification data, or password, nor impersonate any person or entity.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Website, including any registration required to access specific Content or services provided by Ninpon.

5 – Prices

The prices displayed on the website www.ninpon.com are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the current legal rate, according to the country in which the purchase is made. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the total price.
Ninpon may, at any time and without prior notice, change prices, as well as the information and commercial offers related to products, promotions, commercial conditions, and services.

 

6 – Payment Methods

Ninpon offers the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit card payments.
• Bank transfer: Once the deposit is received in our account, we will begin processing the order.
• PayPal: PayPal allows consumers with an email account to send payments over the Internet safely and conveniently. Our PayPal account is aaaaa@ninpon.com
• Klarna: Pay in 3 interest-free installments.

All payment methods offered by Ninpon are secure and encrypted to ensure the protection of our customers’ financial data. Ninpon does not store or have access to credit or debit card details, ensuring maximum privacy and security in all transactions.

Once the payment is confirmed, regardless of the chosen method, Ninpon will send an email to the User confirming the order details and attaching the corresponding invoice.

 

7 – Delivery

Ninpon commits to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the User. Orders confirmed by Ninpon will be delivered directly to the address specified by the User at the time of purchase. Ninpon will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery if the address entered by the User in the order form is inaccurate, false or has been omitted.

At the time of delivery, the customer must check the external condition of the package. If there is any non-conformity, such as a visibly damaged package or signs of tampering, the customer must refuse the delivery and inform Ninpon via email at info@ninpon.com, including the order number and one or more photos clearly showing the reason for refusal.
Once the order has been delivered, Ninpon is not responsible for any issues arising from transportation and will be obliged to reject any refund or replacement requests for products with external packaging defects that were accepted by the customer at the time of delivery.

Please note: minor damage to the product’s packaging does not constitute a defect, as long as the contents are in good condition.

Ninpon offers free shipping to customers in mainland Portugal and Spain on orders over €60. For other locations, including islands and international destinations, additional shipping fees may apply.
Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.

 

8 – Shipping Time

As a general rule, items are shipped within 48 hours after Ninpon receives payment, using the services of transport companies available through our e-commerce platform. For Pre-Order and In Stock Supplier items, shipping is carried out within 48 hours after the products arrive at our warehouse.
All shipments are made through carriers that provide a tracking number, allowing the User to monitor their order status at all times.

The delivery times indicated above reflect the standard procedures of Ninpon and the transport companies responsible for shipping. This means they are considered valid only in the absence of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, whether on the part of Ninpon or the carriers. Shipments and deliveries are made only on business days.

9 – Returns and Exchanges

Users have 14 consecutive days to return a product from the date of receipt, provided it is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
Before returning any item, please first contact our customer service team to receive instructions on how to proceed.

In the case of product defect returns, please contact our custom service within 48 hours providing the necessary evidences. Our team will check and inform you how to proceed.

Items marked as ‘Pre-Order’ or ‘In Stock Supplier’ are not eligible for return or cancellation, as they are acquired specifically for each customer.

10 – Intellectual Property

All rights to the content, text, images, design, and source code of this Website, as well as any other intellectual and industrial property rights, are owned by Ninpon.
The remaining content, including certain texts and images, is mostly owned by the brands, manufacturers, or suppliers of the products. As such, they are strictly reserved for each brand, manufacturer, and supplier and are protected under copyright law, as well as intellectual property rights, in relation to third parties.
Any total or partial reproduction or representation of this Website www.ninpon.com, or of any elements contained within it, is strictly prohibited.
