Free Shipping

Shipping to mainland Portugal and Spain is free for orders over €60. Orders are shipped via CTT Express within 48 hours.
Free shipping is not available for islands, such as the Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We do not offer free shipping to other countries. However, we work with several logistics partners to provide the best available option for each destination in terms of cost and delivery time. Currently, we only ship within Europe.

 

Shipping Time

In-Stock items are shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order items are shipped within 48 hours after their release and arrival at our warehouse. Estimated release dates are shown on the product pages and may be subject to change by manufacturer.
In Stock Supplier items usually takes about 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse, after which it is shipped within 48 hours.

All delivery times are estimated and may be affected during high-demand periods such as Black Friday or Christmas due to potential carrier delays. During these times, our team works diligently to minimize any disruptions.

All shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery. The tracking information is available on your user account page.
