Return Policy

You have 14 consecutive days to make the return, counting from the date of receipt of the order.

Only products that are in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition will be accepted.

 

Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service and we will inform you how to proceed.
In the case of product defect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence. Our team will examine the case and inform you how to proceed.

After receiving the instructions, the client will be responsible to mail your return to the following address:

Please note that the client is responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases of defective products. In such cases, Ninpon will bear the return shipping costs.
We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for products we have not received.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Pre-Order items
In Stock Supplier items

Due to the nature of the order process and supplier terms, some products are specifically requested, reserved or acquired upon confirmation of each individual customer order. These include items labeled as “pre-order”, or “in stock supplier items”.

Because these items are not part of our regular stock and are obtained solely and exclusively on a made-to-order basis, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once the order is placed.

By confirming the purchase of these products, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they waive the standard 14-day return period applicable to other products, in accordance with Article 17(c) of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

If you prefer to retain the standard right of withdrawal, we recommend waiting until the product is listed as part of our regular in-stock catalog.
