What are the available payment methods?
Do product prices include VAT?
Yes. If you’re located in Europe, product prices will display with the applicable VAT included. Our system detects your location and automatically applies the corresponding tax rate for your country.
Are all your products authentic?
Absolutely. We only sell 100% authentic and original products. All items are factory sealed and sourced directly from official distributors or manufacturers.
Can I cancel my pre-order and get refunded?
Pre-orders are placed individually with our suppliers as soon as you complete your purchase. For this reason, we cannot cancel or refund pre-orders, as outlined in our Terms of Use, which customers have to agree before using our services and finalizing their purchase.
Is it guaranteed that my pre-order won’t be canceled?
Yes. At Ninpon, we guarantee that all confirmed pre-orders will be honored. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to manufacturer or distributor issues, a full refund will be issued.
Can I order multiple pre-order items at once?
Yes, you can. However, please note that your order will only be shipped once all pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse. The item with the latest release date will determine the shipping timeline.
Do you charge for pre-order items at the time of purchase?
Yes. To secure your reservation with our suppliers, pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
How does the pre-order process work?
Once you place a pre-order, the item is reserved specifically for you with our suppliers. When the item is officially released and arrives at our warehouse, our team will prepare and ship your order. Please note that pre-orders may involve a waiting period depending on the release date.
How many days should I expect for delivery?
For in-stock items, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days. For In Stock Supplier items, it usually takes around 4 business days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, followed by an additional 2 to 4 business days for shipping to your address. In the case of pre-orders, shipping occurs only after the product is officially released and has been received in our warehouse.
How can I update the shipping address for my order?
